Luckily I bough young ginger at Tesco Weeks ago with RM2.79/KG
It’s Cheap consider to Kepong’s Pasar Pagi.
The Ginger make in Slice put inside the Glass bottle,
Add Ice sugar . the way i make it is 20% ginger 20% Ice sugar.
When it archived upper portion of the bottle,
Por in Vinegar till 100% full.
Close it with suitable cap.
Second thing prepare the “PiTan” in Malay they call it “Telur Padi Ayam”
cost 80Sen/unit for candle wrapped with paper on my hand.
but i recommend Pitan wrapped with soil & Quaker will be healthier.
Well, when i done all those preparation,
Non of my housemate wiling to give a try...
